About Me

Outside of my work as a psychologist, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, including my spouse, children, and our certified therapy dog, Frankie. Additionally, I enjoy traveling, exercising/hiking, volunteering in the community (with Frankie and without her), and catching up on sleep (parenting can be so exhausting!). One of my happy places is the beach, likely because I grew up on the water. I appreciate and utilize humor in my work where appropriate.

It would be an honor to work with you toward achieving your mental health goals. I look forward to meeting you!
